Starting before the draft

Guided Development

For students who only have an initial plan or no draft yet. We begin with topic, research question, structure, argument, and evidence planning. The student then writes the draft, which receives the same comprehensive review and final meeting. Minimum one-month process.

Useful answers, because apparently forms alone cannot prevent every avoidable misunderstanding.

How hands-on is the written feedback?

The feedback is direct and practical. I comment inside the document, identify incorrect or weak sections, edit wording where appropriate, and provide examples showing how the student can improve the writing. I do not replace the student’s entire work or invent their academic argument for them. The goal is a stronger submission that still reflects the student’s own thinking and voice.

Why use a human mentor instead of relying on AI?

AI can be useful for basic brainstorming, but undisclosed or excessive AI-generated writing can create academic integrity concerns and often produces generic arguments that do not sound like the student. Human feedback focuses on the actual rubric, the student’s reasoning, and precise revisions without erasing their authentic voice.

How quickly can feedback be delivered?

Turnaround depends on document length and current workload. The delivery date is confirmed before payment. Urgent requests may carry an additional fee.

Can parents join consultations?

Yes. Parent consultations are available, particularly for long-term mentoring, university planning, and academic strategy.

Which subjects do you support?

How is payment handled?
